Combination Aerobics
Step and Low Impact

Combination Step and Low Impact Aerobics! This energizing ten class session offers something for everyone. A challenging cardio workout with low impact floor routines - all set up to rhythmic music. A typical class includes a warm-up session, aerobic routines, muscle toning and cool down. All fitness levels accommodated in this session. Please join us and get involved in doing something special for yourself!

Beginning Yoga

Through the practice of basic yoga postures, you will improve your balance, strength, and flexibility. Basic yoga postures along with breathing and relaxation techniques will help to relieve tensions and alleviate stress. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes and bring a non-slip mat. This is a six week session.
