2008 Winter Upcoming Events

1. Easter Bunny Coloring Contest
   Beginning March 5th through March 19th, all residents may pick up a picture entry at the Community Center, 16553 S. Haven Ave. The children’s age groups will be classified at 4-6 yrs., 7-9 yrs. and 10-12 yrs. Winners will be announced on March 20th.
   
   
2. Easter Bunny Egg Hunt
   All residents are invited to our 15th Annual Easter Egg Hunt. The event will be held on March 15th at 10:00 am. at the Community Center, located at 16553 S. Haven Ave. Come join the fun! Meet the Easter Bunny, hunt for eggs, candy and
   treats. Age groups: 3 yrs. and under, 4-5 yrs., 6-7 yrs., 8-9 yrs. and 10-12 yrs.
   
   
3. Breakfast With The Easter Bunny At RICOBENE’S
   Join us for a special breakfast with the Easter Bunny. The event will be held at Ricobene’s, 9135 W. 159th Street on Saturday, March 22nd between 9:00 and 11:00 am. Enjoy a hot breakfast buffet, a souvenir photo and a surprise treat from the Easter Bunny. A morning that is sure to delight parents and children alike! Advance ticket sales only, March 5th thru March 19th at the Community Center: Resident Adults $10.00, Resident Children $8.00, 3 yrs. and under Free. Horse Back Riding By Nova Quarter Horse, Inc.

A beginning to advanced horsemanship program will be offered in the outdoor (weather permitting) riding arena at Nova Quarter Horse, Inc. Participants will have a choice to learn English or Western riding styles. Learn beginning to advanced skills. Registration will be accepted at the Orland Hills Recreation Department. The Horseback riding program will consist of five-one hour riding lessons. All riders must show proof of registration by presenting original receipt. Private lessons are available.
