Shotokan Karate
Club
Tom Sierakowski (3rd Dan)
directs our Karate program. All Karate classes are continuous
six-week programs. The student will learn Karate skills
through a variety of fun and creative activities. Students
will develop coordination, strength, agility, poise
and personal safety in a supervised setting. Our program
consists of a beginner’s class, continuer’s
class and an adult class. Placement into advanced classes
is done by testing with Mr. Sierakowski. If you have
any questions regarding which class your child should
register for, please call the Recreation Department
at (708) 349-7211 for assistance.
