Aerobics - Hip Hop Hustle

Hip Hop Hustle is an energizing ten session class that offers something for everyone. A challenging cardio workout with low impact floor routines - all set up to rhythemic music. A typical class includes a warm-up session, aerobic routines, muscle toning and cool down. All fitness levels are accommodated in this session. Please join us and get involved in doing something special for yourself! No class June 28th.

Beginning Yoga

Through the practice of basic yoga postures, you will improve your balance, strength, and flexibility. Basic yoga postures along with breathing and relaxation techniques will help to relieve tensions and alleviate stress. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes and bring a non-slip mat. This is a six week session. No class June 28th.
