Santa Comes To Town
Watch for Santa’s arrival by helicopter on Saturday, December 6th, at Kelly Park, 16700 S. Haven Ave.. beginning at 10:00 am. Santa will also greet residents by riding through the Village in a holiday carriage.
Candy Count…Guess and Win!
Ho Ho Ho... Merry Christmas to all. Tis the season for lots of fun and excitement. The Orland Hills Recreation Department is going to add to your fun with our favorite game, "Count the Candy In The Jar". We would like to invite all our elves and elvettes to ski on into the Community Center, 16553 S. Haven Ave. to count the candy in our candy jar. The one who guesses the correct amount gets to keep all the candy! The contest will begin December 1st and your final guess must be in by December 15th. Only one guess per person. The contest is open to children. If there is a tie, a drawing will be held to decide the winner. Guesses can’t go over the actual candy amount.
