Halloween
1. CHILDREN’S COLORING CONTEST
Starting October 6th all residents may pick up a picture entry at the Community Center, 16553 S. Haven Ave.. Age groups will consist of boys and girls ranging from 4-6 yrs., 7-9 yrs. and 10-12 yrs. First place winners will be announced on October 22nd.
2. 15TH ANNUAL COSTUME BASH
Bring your children to the 15th Annual Halloween Costume Bash to Community Center, 16553 S. Haven Ave. on October 25th, between the hours of 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Costume judging will begin promptly at 10:00 am. Festivities will include: games, prizes and treats and a Jack-O-Lantern Decorating Contest.

3. HOUSE DECORATING CONTEST
Open to all residents in the Village of Orland Hills. Judging will be on Tuesday, October 28th between 7 to 9 pm. Please register your house and pick up a "House Decorating Rule Sheet" at the Community Center. Awards will be presented to the three best decorated homes.
Turkey Coloring Contest
Try your luck in coloring our turkey. Entries are available at the Community Center starting November 3rd. All resident boys and girls from ages 4 thru 12 are eligible to compete for prizes. All winners will be notified by November 17th.
