Review book, choose programs you with to attend

Fill our registration form completely, including all code numbers

Be sure to sign waiver on the back of the registration form

Add fees together, mail one check for the total fees due

Please Note: There will be a $30.00 Fee Assessed For All Returned Checks.
NSF fee and original check amount must be paid in cash! Sorry, no phone registrations accepted.

| Program Policies |
|
PLEASE REMEMBER TO REGISTER EARLY.
If there are not enough registrants for a program by the deadline, we will be forced to cancel the program or special event trip.

| Refund Policy |
| Full refunds will be given if the program is canceled or changed by the Recreation Department. Full refunds will also be given for medical exclusion. All refunds must be requested in person. Refunds will be given only one week after the class session has initiated, and programs will be prorated. Refunds requested will not be accepted after the second week of class. There is a $3.00 administrative fee for residents and a $5.00 administrative fee for nonresidents assessed for all refund requests. |
